Your email address and the receiver's email address are only stored for the delivery process and to inform the receiver about the sender. In order to prevent abuse of the service, Perlentaucher Medien GmbH will store the ip-address from every sender for three months. In the event a third party can prove that its rights have been violated by the mailing of an article in conjunction with this service, Perlentaucher Medien GmbH will release the identification data for legal prosecution.
